Method
- Warm the water until it is warm to the touch, not boiling.
- Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and raw honey to the water.
- Stir until honey is fully dissolved.
- Sprinkle in the cayenne pepper and stir again.
- Drink immediately while warm.
- Optional: Start with 1/2 tablespoon ACV if the flavor is too strong and increase gradually.
Notes
For best results, drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 15–30 minutes before meals. Avoid drinking late at night if sensitive to acidity or spice.
