Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  • Press festive sprinkles gently onto each dough ball.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
  • Cool cookies on the baking sheet briefly, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Cool completely before storing to maintain soft, chewy texture.

Notes

Chill dough briefly if your kitchen is warm. Add a tablespoon of flour if cookies spread too much. Press sprinkles lightly so they adhere during baking.
