Ingredients
  

For the Tropical Pineapple Mint Cooler

  • 1 scoop pineapple sorbet
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 whole lime freshly squeezed
  • 6 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 cup sparkling coconut water
  • 1 cup ice crushed

For the Raspberry Lemonade Spritz

  • 1 scoop raspberry sorbet
  • 1/2 cup lemonade
  • 1 splash sparkling water
  • 2 slices lemon for garnish
  • 4 pieces fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation of Tropical Pineapple Mint Cooler

  • Muddle mint and lime in a tall glass.
  • Add sorbet and juice.
  • Fill with crushed ice.
  • Top off with coconut water and gently stir.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.

Preparation of Raspberry Lemonade Spritz

  • Place sorbet into a chilled glass.
  • Pour over lemonade.
  • Top with soda.
  • Garnish with lemon wheels and berries.
