  • 1 tablespoon raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 0.5 lemon fresh lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 cup of water until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar to a mug.
  3. Stir in the grated ginger and lemon juice.
  4. Add the honey and mix until dissolved.
  5. Sip slowly while still warm.
  6. For best results, drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
