Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Filtered water Cold or room temperature
  • 1-2 teaspoons Fresh lemon juice Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Raw apple cider vinegar Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey Optional, adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1/16 - 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt Optional, only use a tiny pinch if desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Fill a 12 oz glass with cold or room-temperature filtered water.
  • Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice.
  • Optional: Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar.
  • Optional: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of raw honey until fully melted.
  • If using, add a tiny pinch of pink Himalayan salt, ensuring it does not exceed 1/16 to 1/8 teaspoon.
  • Stir, taste, and adjust the lemon juice or honey to your liking. Sip slowly.

Notes

When in doubt, skip the salt. Hydration works without it. If including salt, keep it minimal. Rinse your mouth after acidic add-ins. Prep lemon slices ahead for convenience.
