For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  • Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chicken seasoning; cook until done, then shred if necessary.
  • Combine shredded chicken with softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella or cheddar in a bowl until well mixed.
  • Roll and flatten each biscuit dough piece, place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center, then fold and pinch to seal.

Baking

  • Arrange bombs on a baking sheet; mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley, then brush over bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Sauce & Serving

  • While baking, melt butter in a saucepan, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan into the simmering sauce until desired thickness and creaminess are achieved, stirring constantly for a few minutes.
  • Remove chicken bombs from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve drizzled with the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce or offer sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, pre-bake the biscuit dough for a few minutes before adding the filling, or use an air fryer for a shorter cook time and extra crispiness.
