Juice Base

  • 4 stalks celery leaves removed
  • 2 green apples halved
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 leaves kale
  • 0.5 lemon peeled
  • 1 inch fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly; peel lemon and ginger.
  • For juicer: Run celery, apples, cucumber, kale, lemon, and ginger through the juicer, alternating textures.
  • For blender: Combine all produce with ½ to 1 cup cold water; blend until completely smooth.
  • Strain blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut-milk bag.
  • Taste; add a little water for lighter flavor or more lemon for brightness.
  • Pour over ice and serve immediately.
  • Optional: Add a pinch of sea salt to enhance sweetness.
  • Store leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge and shake before drinking.

Notes

Naturally dairy-free and gluten-friendly. Swap kale with spinach for milder flavor. Add more ginger for heat. Store up to 48 hours refrigerated or freeze as cubes for up to 1 month.
