  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 large garlic cloves minced
  • fresh Italian parsley Chopped, for garnish

  • In a large bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Once butter foams, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add the seasoned mushrooms to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  • Cook mushrooms for 10-12 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes to caramelize them.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
