  • 4 cups zucchini diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten

  • 3/4 – 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted

  • Dice the zucchini into 1-inch pieces and pat dry.

Mixing
