  • 1 Ounce Packet Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 2 Cups Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Divided
  • 1 Small Carrot
  • 10 Whole Black Peppercorns

  • Combine softened cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning mix in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Divide the cream cheese mixture onto two separate pieces of plastic wrap; approximately 1.5 cups for the larger bottom ball and 1 cup for the smaller top ball.
  • Using greased hands, roll each portion into a ball, then refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  • Once chilled, roll both cheeseballs in the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella until fully coated.
  • Stack the smaller cheeseball on top of the larger one, then use peppercorns to create eyes, a mouth, and buttons for the snowman.
  • Insert a small piece of carrot to form the snowman's nose.

Notes

Greasing hands helps prevent sticking when rolling the cheeseballs. Ensure the cheeseballs are thoroughly chilled for best results when coating and assembling.
