Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups dried couscous
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs mint, parsley and chives
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
