  • 1 small onion diced (¼ cup)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter cubed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Steps

  • Place the potato wedges in a 5-6 quart crockpot, then add onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  • Top the mixture with cubed butter, cover, and cook on HIGH for 4 hours until the potatoes are tender.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the potato wedges for a few minutes after cooking, before adding Parmesan cheese.
