  • 3 15oz package ¡Yo Quiero!™️ Chunky Guacamole
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes (for garnish)
  • 8 Cilantro Leaves (for garnish)
  • 4 tbsp Feta Cheese Crumbles (for garnish)

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare baking trays by brushing or spraying them with olive oil.
  • Use Christmas cookie cutters to cut various shapes from the flour tortillas.
  • Carefully arrange the tortilla shapes on the oiled baking trays, then brush them with more oil and optionally sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake the tortilla shapes for 5-10 minutes until they become crispy and slightly brown around the edges, watching closely to prevent burning.
  • Once baked and crispy, remove the tortillas from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
  • To form the wreath mold, place a small bowl in the center of a larger shallow bowl.
  • Spoon the guacamole around the small bowl in the larger bowl to create a festive wreath shape.
  • Garnish the guacamole wreath with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles, and cilantro leaves, then serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables and enjoy.
