  • 14 ounce bag 3-color coleslaw mix
  • 1 large apple chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried ground ginger

  • In a separate small bowl, combine the mayo, plain yogurt or sour cream, honey, and dried ground ginger, then mix well until smooth.

Notes

For a lighter dressing, reduce the mayo and yogurt to 1/2 cup each, honey to 3 Tablespoons, and ginger to 1/2 teaspoon.
