Preparation
Cold & Sparkling Version
Dissolve the base. In a tall glass, stir together the honey, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar until the honey dissolves.
Season. Add a generous pinch of cinnamon and the freshly grated ginger; stir to combine.
Top & chill. Pour in 1 cup cold distilled water or sparkling water. Add ice, stir, and taste.
Adjust. Add a splash more water for a softer profile or a touch more honey for sweetness.
Warm & Cozy Version
Warm 1 cup distilled water until steamy (not boiling).
In a mug, stir in honey, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar until dissolved.
Add cinnamon and grated ginger; steep 1–2 minutes, then sip warm.
Notes
For a warm version, use warm water instead of cold. This drink is also gluten-friendly and dairy-free.
